Management and Oversight
Giacomo Merello
The Hon. Dr. Giacomo Merello (LL.M) is the founder and Executive Director of Marvelux Consulting and Executive Director of the Singapore branch of the International Law Firm DMTV Global, on top of collaborating as an external international regulatory specialist with MinLaw registered law firm Chung Ting Fai & Co.
Born in Italy, he started his professional career in 2004 as a Commercial Lawyer. From 2006 he began focusing on international legal, tax consulting and fiduciary services with several firms, working extensively in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Madeira and Malta until 2009, when he moved to the Republic of Singapore. Since then, he personally coordinated several medium and large family offices and real estate holding and management companies, overseeing wholly the management as well as the legal, compliance and tax aspects, until starting regulatory consulting firm Marvelux Consulting in August 2017. In this dynamic, focused, challenging and active firm he is conjoining all the previously matured experience and moving forward together with a multicultural team, complemented by an international network of highly qualified and specialized professionals. Focused on international Corporate Services, Fiduciary and Trust/Estate planning and Blockchain, DLT, Crypto, Digital Payment Services and Fintech in general, he matured an extensive, practical, proven, verifiable (upon written request) and ever-growing experience and track record in these niche fields, with a very varied and diversified client base in U.S., Europe, Asia and Oceania.
Since 2022 he is also the Chairman of the Digital Assets Business Promotion Board within the official Antigua and Barbuda Official Business Hub.
Since August 2023, he acts as the Special Economic Envoy of the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth Realm of Antigua and Barbuda to the Republic of Singapore.
In November 2024 he succeeded into the Barony and Lordship of Leslie (Fife, UK), with the hereditary title of The Much Hon. Lord of Leslie, and, in this capacity, he assists selected exceptional personalities in the business, finance, sport and show business with the petitioning with certain dynastic and knightly Orders in continental Europe.

Jonathan Chua
Jonathan Chua is a business leader, with over 15 years of experience in real estate, business advisory and strategic planning.
Jonathan held leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International and Gereje Finance Corporation, a boutique Merger&Acquisition firm, before joining - as Head of Operations - BNI, the world’s largest business networking organization. He is a passionate and active supporter of the BNI Foundation, which helps underprivileged children access life-changing educational opportunities throughout the world.
Jonathan is also an active member in the Asia Works Leadership and currently pursuing Management Development Program at Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte. He is trained in Organizational Psychology.
In Marvelux Consulting Jonathan helms the International and Foreign Real Estate division, providing consulting and support to our varied Client base on both commercial and residential Real Estate in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and Europe.
